Monica Villarreal

Monica Villarreal is an Aztec Danzante, visual artist, activist, and community leader who has been part of the Nuestra Palabra family for years. NP commissioned this print, LABELS, to illustrate one of the concepts examined in Latino Poetry: The Library of America Anthology, edited by Rigoberto Gonzalez.
